Q I have strong experience can I skip the 101 and 200 course?
  The Level One exam is administered at the facility. If you prefer to learn on your own or believe you already have the necessary skills to sit the level one exam you may register to take the exam for a fee.

Q What are the benefits of becoming an Apple Certified Pro?
  The benefits of certification are many - including:
  • Industry recognition and career opportunities. Certification tells an employer that you know the Apple Pro application.
  • Listing on Apple's searchable database, which is where the industry sources its talent.
  • Worldwide recognition of your professional status. Being an Apple Certified Pro will allow you to be competitive and confident in today's global marketplace.

Q How long are the courses?
  The courses vary from one to five day intensive sessions. The course begins everyday at 9.45am and finishes approximately 6pm unless specified otherwise.

Q Where are the courses held?
  Our courses are held at industry standard up-to-date facilities at the University of Technology, Sydney's city campus. We're located on Broadway in Ultimo: Level 3, Building CB03 (Bon Marche Building) Corner of Harris Street and Broadway, Ultimo. Please click here for details

Q What does the course offer me?
  As a student of UTS: AATC you get:
  • Apple Pro Training series course materials with detailed descriptions and step-by-step exercises.
  • Intensive full-day workshops including expert instruction and ample studio time for practicing examples.
  • A workstation to yourself.
  • An Apple Pro Training course completion certificate.
  • A Certified Instructor with a wealth of experience, both as a teacher and practitioner.
  • Instructor feedback from exam results.

Q What version of Apple Pro Application are the courses delivered on?
  The latest version

Q How do I become an Apple Certified Pro?
 
  • Complete a 101 or 200 course. Take the level 1 certification exam.
  • After successfully completing the exam, Apple will certify you at Level 1 Certification.
  • If you go on to complete a higher level course you qualify to take the Level 2 or 3 Certification.

Q How long is certification valid for?
  Apple Pro certification is valid for the software version that you pass the exam.

Q Do I have to pay for my course and examination upfront?
  Yes, full payment must be received prior to your course starting, or sitting the examination.
